Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing time may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, promotional periods, or in the event of high order volume.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from China.
Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for most orders is approximately 10–12 business days after shipment.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

- selected countries in Europe
If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.99 USD.
For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking is available for shipped orders.
Tracking numbers are typically uploaded within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please allow additional time for tracking updates to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, package size, or shipping logistics. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs clearance
- courier disruptions
- weather conditions
- incorrect shipping information
- local delivery issues
- public holidays or peak seasonal demand
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and any loss or additional cost may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows a delivery issue or you believe your package has been lost, please first contact the shipping carrier and then email us at support@bestiekeepsake.com.
We will do our best to assist with the investigation, but compensation is not guaranteed in every case.
