Personalized, engraved, custom letter, birthstone, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for non-quality-related reasons, including spelling mistakes submitted at checkout, choosing the wrong option, or a change of mind.
